TIME 15:30 – 17:30

PACE 5:00 – 5:40


TIME 17:30 – 20:00

PACE 5:40 – 6:20


TIME 20:00 – 22:30

PACE 6:20 – 7:15


TIME 22:30 – 25:00

PACE 7:15 – 08:00


TIME 25:00 – 27:30
