017 Banana Oat Cookies
With everyone suddenly getting into baking throughout the COVID-19 lockdown and flour being at an all time low here is a simple, healthy, cookie recipe which only needs three ingredients.
Banana oat cookies.
1-½ cups of oats
2x bananas
¼ cup chocolate chips (flavouring is optional)
. Preheat oven to 180c.
. Line tray with a baking sheet or spray with oil.
. Using the back of a fork mash the banana in a bowl. Add the oats and gently stir, once fully mixed add the chocolate chips stirring throughout.
. Freeform around 12 cookies with and place onto the baking tray.
. Place in the oven for around 12 – 15min or set through and lightly golden.
. Cool and enjoy.
